Room was extremely clean. Front desk staff was very friendly and professional. First room. I was in, the tv didn't work. I was offered another room and the tv worked just fine. 2nd room was just as clean as the first one.

The rooms were not clean. Also we had huge items stolen from our truck which was parked right at the entrance. When I called to let them know about the theft the staff was horrible and did not care one bit. We stay at Marriotts all over and this place was the worst

University Plaza Waterfront Hotel
No one at the counter to check me in for 8 minutes? 25 minutes to get a room service beer that they automatically tack on 18% to? Overcooked shrimp skewers. ROUGH surrounding area. The lipstick lip print on the room’s wall was concerning.
