"It is service apartment hotel. No lobby, no public area, not many service as you can find in the hotel. For the room, it is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is small pantry to cook, laundry, ironing, dish washer, etc. "

Though it wasn’t exactly private as the people above us could see us as well as the partition between balconies was perforated metal and you could see through it as well. "We stayed in a regular room, 3 adults with two queen beds. The room was large. I had asked for a shower chair and informed during booking that I will bring suction grab bars. After 3 days, the shower chair did not materialize. I was told the hotel could not get one. We moved to the smaller accessible room ( one leg amputee ).
The housekeeping staff did not place sufficient towels either they forgot towels or milk, or coffee or something. The stuff to make coffee or tea were old. We stayed...
"The hotel itself has a really cool vibe throughout. Everything is well-maintained and also retro chic. The restaurant is fantastic. We went to high tea and cannot say enough about how wonderful the offerings were. The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms were super comfortable and clean. Also, have to say the tub was fantastic and very deep so made for a wonderful evening hot soak with bath salts readily available!! The only thing I will say is a possible negative is that the parking garage...
