"Warm greeting at our early arrival well before check-in time. Allowed to do bag drop and use lounge with tea and coffee making facilities, Older hotel, updated and well kept. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great facilities and breakfast included was excellent. All staff pleasant and helpful. Good location with bars and restaurants nearby. Bus to city at bottom of street. We will definitely stay again."

"Had a really pleasant stay here. The hotel is in a great location about a 5-minute walk to Town Hall station and supermarket, close to tram stops, and surrounded by plenty of places to eat which made everything very convenient. The room was clean with a great bathroom and a very comfortable bed, perfect after a long day exploring. A special thank you to Hanny and Rich who were both fantastic, friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. All staff were welcoming and accommodating throughout. Would happily stay again."

"Great location. Good restaurants nearby. Walkable area. Gym is not on site and not as close to the hotel as implied. Might want to consider putting inside locks on the doors for the peace of mind and safety of women traveling alone. We ended up storing our luggage in front of the door at night so that we would be awaken by anyone trying to get in. "
