"Seljalandsfoss Horizons is a stunning place - it might have been the most beautiful I‘ve ever been. Waking up with a wonderful view to one of the many waterfalls in Iceland, having nearly no light pollution to see the aurora and having the most comfortable bed. "This place looks like nothing from the road. Probably an farmhouse at one point. They had some nice Christmas lights on the building to cheer it up. They are maybe 5 miles (8 km) west of Vik. The road to town goes up and over, with some switchbacks, so it could be dicey for tourists in the winter if the weather is bad.
