"We stayed there for one week and enjoyed the first four days with some quiet time. However for the last two remaining days we had the misfortune of new noisy next door neighbours who made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The walk round the lake was very nice and the in-house restaurant offering reasonably priced dining options."

"Nice apartment for my wife and I to spend a couple of nights with our 1 year old daughter. There was plenty of room in the bedroom for the travel cot we brought with us, and they provided a high chair on arrival. The apartment was also dog friendly so our little pooch was able enjoy the trip with us (at a cost of £25 per night). "Perfectly situated hotel, easily walkable into Bowness and all its attractions. The Belsfield has beautiful grounds and although maybe could do with a slight refresh it’s still a beautiful hotel with lots of charm and character. Breakfast was good and speedily served. Magnificent view of lake
"View from room was beautiful. Room condition was acceptable. Breakfast was basic buffet with cold cuts,cereal ,fruits , simple pastry ,coffee from automatic coffee machine. No hot food included in booking such as eggs or full English breakfast ,You have to pay more for that. "
