"Cute boutique hotel in Merida. Pros: clean, shower with hot water (although limited), AC, comfy bed and quiet neighborhood, double sink/mirrors, parking right in front of hotel, staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions, nearby Mercado Santiago, reliable WiFi Cons: Johannes bar &restaurant, food and drinks were just okay. I would definitely stay here again, just eat and drink out."

"Casa de Maya was EXCEPTIONAL! The staff is absolutely lovely, welcoming and helpful with any questions or suggestions for day trips. Rooms were clean and spacious. The location is perfect and super easy to walk to historic sites, restaurants and shops, and if you prefer to Uber, then that’s just as easy too. The breakfast was wowza TOP NOTCH! Breakfast was cooked every morning with fresh delicious ingredients! Well done Casa de Maya !!"

"The location is excellent — just a 15-minute walk to the city center and several main attractions, which makes it very convenient to get around without needing transportation. Overall, the place has great potential due to its prime location and the owner’s attentive service. However, it requires better supervision and maintenance to provide a more comfortable and consistent experience for guests."

"El cuarto super limpio, excelente servicio, excelente desayuno. Regresaremos pronto!"

"Entrada excepcional, personal muy atento"

"Really beautiful small hotel in perfect location for city sightseeing. Staff very helpful in organising tours and very good breakfast included. Would definitely return."

"Super friendly staff perfect location it is a small hotel but very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Super recommended"
