"we had a suite room and it was beautiful with amazing views, the only thing to let it down was the pillows they was so big and hard we didn't sleep, spa was nice we did the mud treatment and that was very fun, it is very dated and needs some new paint work in the spa but apart from that is was lovely. "We had a great bleisure stay at the hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed, excellent and clean swim/sauna/steam facilities and not crowded. Breakfasts and evening meal were superb. Will definitely stay again soon."

"I did not try breakfast. Parking is £10 extra for the night and feels safe. First come first serve basis. If you are early enough you can get a space nearer the hotel entrance. "

"People gathering outside the front door smoking wasn’t welcome we expected from Novotel . Food prices are unnecessarily expensive including a simple water bottle . Can’t get any food item delivered . Property is busy and feels like motel rather the Novotel I used really enjoy . "

"A fair few issues with the room - especially noise. There was a regular clicking noise in the bathroom that could be heard from the bed. The automatic doors made a sliding noise that could be heard from the bed. If I wasn't so tired, and arriving so late, I would have left. Carpet covered in marks. Walls have painting chipping. Couldn't tell if it was a mural or a painting above the bed. Shower head is broken - directing most of water at the wall. Aircon was broken. Didn't work at all. So no air in the room. Late check out though, so, you know - not hell"
