"Das Hotel war vom Style her sehr urig, die Möbel antik. Es war ein sehr verschachteltes Haus mit viel Geschichte. Die Zimmer waren okay, nur in die Jahre gekommen, auch der Duschkopf war sehr verkalkt. Das Frühstück war für ein internationales Frühstück in Ordnung. Das Personal am Empfangstresen bei Ankunft eher mürrisch , beim Frühstück sehr und am nächsten Morgen sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Staff were so helpful,friendly and accommodating. At check in immediately felt welcome. We travelled with our large breed dog and she was embraced by all the staff. Our dog friendly room was very spacious, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The hotel had a relaxed feel and more than met our hope for a stress free getaway. "The experience depends hugely on the room you get and whether there's a wedding. Someone with a sense of humour assigned number 101 to the room closest to the wedding venue, and alas, this is what we got. YMCA, 500 miles etc was on the go until midnight, and we were awoken at 7am by the excited chatter of the bridesmaids for the next wedding, fully audible through the cardboard walls. To be fair the staff dealt with the issue very well when we complained. With zero fuss, we were moved to a room...
