"Had a 3 night stay, room very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, but the hot water tap for drinks I think is dangerous, and the instructions on how to use it are inadequate. I had to find someone to help. One of the lifts is out of order, and from we were told has been for a while. Other than that, no problems.
This is a great hotel, perfect for being close to the center of the city and the train station is an easy short walk too. If we come back to Oxford, we would stay here again."

"The staff was helpful and well-mannered. The room was clean and nicely set up for arrival. We didn't use the amenities; the only problem was that the tap in the hand wash was too stiff for use.
Overall, it was a good experience."

"The hotel was lovely but when we arrived we were told there was a party going on in the conference room that would be loud and going on till midnight. We were taken to our room and the noise was ridiculous so they kindly moved us to another room. Unfortunately this room was no better so what was supposed to be a relaxing stay meant we didn’t get to sleep till midnight. Would have been nice to know beforehand so we could have stayed elsewhere! "
