"Family stay visiting the Jurassic coast region this cottage is a little way set back from the coast but in a quiet rural location .We visited Whitby , Robin Hood Bay and Scarborough . Cottage is clean and comfortable , with everything you need in kitchen . A very well maintained garden and lovely outlook over farmland . "

"We had no running hot water other than the electric shower. No wardrobe just hangers on hooks. TV was the size of an iPad. Bottom bed sheet too small and forever coming off. Needs to be clearer when it states breakfast included but it is only cereal. Outside seating area not suitable as soiled with seagulls droppings"

"Absolutely wonderful place we loved every minute!"

"Amazing little place right in the heart of Whitby. Location is perfect, very clean and very quiet. Staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again"

"The location of the cottage is excellent, right next to the river Esk and on a very quiet holiday park (in April anyway). "The room was lovely and very comfortable. I had some difficulty with the stairs both in the accommodation and in the outer building because of my mobility, so I would warn others of the steepness of the stairs. "The property is beautiful, absolutely spotlessly clean, very comfortable and lots of lovely added touches. Our only problem was hotels.com show it in the wrong location on their map. I booked it as it showed beside the station but it is actually not there, it is higher up the hill behind the town. All other listings seem to be correct so seems to be a hotels.com problem"

"Lovely B&B a short drive from Whitby. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect as well."

"We loved it, really central. "
