"A marvellous chateau style hotel. Loved walking into the place with its great staircase. A bit of a distance from the the coast although a shuttle bus is provided. Good food and helpful staff….could change the menu a bit more often.
Bedrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained."

"We had a wonderful week. The staff were, without exception, always cheerful very helpful and obliging. The spa area was fantastic, I had a lovely massage! The location of the hotel is second to none - the bus station just around the corner. Unfortunately the price of drinks and food in the hotel was prohibitive even dearer than other restaurants in St Helier."

"The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away."

"Ideal location. Process easy. Furniture very uncomfortable. No room cleaning nor clean towels during stay. Would use again because of location."

"A lot of scaffolding all around the building , blocking out all sea views from the lounge and dining areas. Very noisy in the morning. We only booked this hotel because of its position and views and although we were told that their price did reflect this , we would not have booked if we had known"
