"Very friendly staff. They need to hire more reliable staff to ensure the rooms are cleaned and the toiletries and drinks are replenished before the guest returns.
The pillows provided are too soft so it would be good if they offer different options for pillows.
The hotel is conveniently located near malls and is not far from Jonker street.

"Old town Melaka in this hotel our suite was spacious and the bathroom was modern and beautiful. The bed was spacious and lounge chair amazing. Enjoyed the walkable tours . Food suggestions and many options to eat and shop. This hotel was over 100 years d with Asian inlays and carved furnishings. The Portuguese architecture was awesome blended with Chinese decor. Enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to stay here again. "

"Great location but u have to be aware that your hotel is right outside the night market. So if you can’t sleep easily with noise don’t book here. Everything gets packed up by 1am so if your planning to stay out won’t be a problem "
