"I can recommend this hotel for the following reasons: 1) Great location near the prom 2) Very friendly and attentive staff 3) Superb breakfast - probably the best hotel buffet breakfast I have ever had. Everything hot and fresh and lots of choice - continental or full English 4) Very good value 5j Great shower and bathroom The hotel is undoubtedly dated in terms of decor (but seems to be in the process of being updated) but our room was very clean. Also like most hotels in this area, parking is a bit tricky."

"We had a dog and there’s certain rooms allocated for pets it was dark with a small window with view of pipe works the bed was very comfy and clean the shower was very good but the corridors on first floor were in need of major re-vamp creaked floors sounds from music at night from entertainment . The downstairs looks fine and breakfast hall looks modern and newly decorated but what we had was disappointing and not for us. The staff were friendly and the Spainish girl was always smiling and helpful. The location is too far the opposite end of town if only on foot but we were lucky and had our car.easy enough to park outside on street. Llanduno isn’t a cheap place to stay as they have a constant stream of older guests to keep the price up. The Seafront hotel is cheaper than most but now we realise why and would rather opt for a Travelodge with the same standard nationwide and roughly the same price and take dogs made a mistake going for the cheapest"

"We were too late for breakfast! We went for a swim. The hotel was really scruffy. We were not informed that it was necessary to book dinner before 5.00 p.m. The steps outside were filthy. We were not allowed to have the room key untilil we given the c.c. number. Our stay was unpleasant. "

"We went to this hotel for a wind down and get away from it all. We didn't use the spa, but we didn't need to. From the moment we arrived we left everything going on back home behind bus, and have returned today totally refreshed and ready to go again!"

"Chosen because the theatre is next door to the hotel. We were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel and staff who are all very helpful and friendly. Our room was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. We ate in the restaurant both nights of our stay and the food was excellent. We would not hesitate to return in the future."

"There was no free parking. I was not impressions with the breakfast I paid £32 expecting a hot breakfast but it was a continental breakfast It wasn’t the best although the member staff did go out of his way to provide scrambled egg. The room wasn’t ready. I was offered an alternative room which I wasn’t happy about but again the member of staff made up the bedroom for me and the kids we had the attic floor the room was clean and tidy super king-size bed with a Tv the kids room was very small and very basic but comfortable for the kids. It was a little bit unorganised but again the member of staff did go out of his way to make things right and comfortable "

"It was ok breakfast good but court not get a drink from the bar because they shut? early and it States on the in in Tennery says they sure be open till 10 and they not which is wrong because you sure be able to get a drink way your holiday that’s the hole point of your holiday and the hotel definitely needs up grading badly because in your room the bathroom door doesn’t shut? proper and they are marks on the wall and the shower door doesn’t Close properly"

"Generally okay. The bathroom has old fittings and the shower is broken. The fan in the bathroom is so noisy. Bed too hard and small and the chair needs a new fabric."
