"Terrible. Awful. Avoid. The room was filthy dirty. Dust everywhere, carpets were dirty, windows were dirty, room was like something from the 90s, bathroom tiles cracked and chipped, bed was terrible (old mattress and lumpy pillows), room was noisy (noisy plumbing, could hear everything from the room above including them using the toilet), we hardly got any sleep, tv didnt work (maintenance came to the room but was unable to fix the tv), room service food wasnt great and very expensive (£44 for two mediocre burgers and chips). The only plus point is the walking distance to the airport and the shower was hot. I will never stay here again, hotel management should be ashamed. 0 out of 10."

"The staff here are just incredible! We stayed here for a few days before we were able to get a place rented in Glasgow and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Thank you sooo much!"

"Room was dusty. Ordered room service. It arrived quickly pizza and chips. Pizza had so much cheese it was inedible. Asked reception to order a taxi for the next morning 6.30am as I was going to Ross Hall Hospital and for extra coffee. Neither was done. Helpful overnight staff sorted it. Hotel felt dated with clunky keys."

"Basic, clean hotel, comfortable bed. Unfortunately the key mechanism on our room door did not work and staff were unable to fix it. This meant that we either had to keep the door ajar, or one of us had to remain in the room at all times to let the other in. Obviously this was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. "

"Room was clean and cosy, Breakfast was adequate and comprehensive, although sometimes it would have been nice to have more fresh sliced fruits with breakfast. Initial arrival shuttle bus was not available, as driver was on a day off. "

"We had to leave early to catch our flight, so we missed breakfast. A traditional pub/hotel. Our rooms were above the pub, but we were provided earplugs for Friday and Saturday nights. Food was terrific. Rooms were small, but expected for the price and quality, cozy atmosphere. "
