"This is a little gem! Convenient to all of our excursions . The bed was heaven! Great pillows! A fan was provided. Bathrooms were clean with good smelling products. I like that our room had a separate toilet room from shower room. There were plenty of places to store luggage, clothes, etc. They provide earplugs in case it gets too loud downstairs, but we didn’t really need them. "we stayed in room 4 and despite having a radiator this was centrally controlled by the main reception. we found this out on night 2 as when we went to bed on the first night we whacked the radiator on thinking that would be that but nope, cold as ice through the night. reception did sort but the room didnt get that warm so assuming the thermostatic valve wasnt fully operational. the shower screen squeegee at the bottom didnt properly fit and a gap up at the hinge point meant water escapes onto...

"All in all great value and a really nice hotel, as I paid £212 for two rooms per night, the cooked breakfast however was not just overpriced at £21 it wasn't even very good , saying that we would return again without question"

"Staff friendly, hotel has immigrant people in and out, hanging out side reception , demolishing buildings at the side we stayed at started 7.30 am every morning of or stay ,so no rest ,won’t be back which is a shame as we visit Glasgow a lot"

"Everything was fine except that the bed linen smelt of stale cigarettes. The odour clings to nightwear and after one night stay my clothes went into the laundry basket. Not good. Noisy during the night with late returning guests and banging doors. Convenient location for city centre. Grotty entrance. Very basic room and facilities and far too pricey for what you get. Would not go back."
