"King size bed was comfy. Location is right beside Chinatown, which has so many hidden gems for food and shopping. Walking to downtown core was easy and +15walkways made it easy to explore various buildings, art and staying dry when it rained. River Walk is two blocks away. Lovely river views. Pool and hot tub well maintained, with saunas in the change rooms. Staff were all exceptional."
"Staff was very helpful, especially the evening staff.
The accessibility of the "accessible room" is questionable. The toliet grab bar is not angled, the shower is not a roll-in shower, the shower bench offered was not a transfer bench so a wheelchair person can't use it, our wheelchair person had no bathing facilities for our stay. The bed was too high to safely transfer themselves on and off, so our wheelchair person slept sitting up in the arm chair. Other than finding the accessible options...
"The hotel had anything I needed for our stay. The restaurant was good, staff were friendly and attentive. The room was nice and the hotel felt clean and well kept. The area around the hotel was a bit sketchy but convenient to get around and close to places I wanted to visit. "
