"Coconut Bay Resort is a beautiful resort with stunning views, just a 5-7 minute drive from the airport. They offer complimentary shuttle services for pick-up and drop-off. Upon arrival, the staff greets us with refreshing drinks and a cool towel, a welcome gesture given the hot weather. Our room was located in the family-friendly section of the resort, and Jev and Angel, our room attendants, ensured that it was spotless throughout our stay. The staff at the buffet and restaurants is truly exceptional. Shekina, Iesha, and Glenda are incredibly friendly and made our breakfast experience delightful every morning. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Jessica from the trattoria is an absolute gem. If you’re planning to dine there, I highly recommend her. Thomas, the bartender at the adult area, is also fantastic. He expertly crafted our drinks and maintained a friendly demeanor. The resort boasts four pools: one for activities, one for the family-friendly section, and two for the adult area. The beach is small but not overcrowded, and they offer a complimentary ride to Paradise Beach, which is conveniently located near the resort. In conclusion, Coconut Bay Resort is an excellent choice for families or couples seeking a memorable vacation in St. Lucia."

"Quaint and intimate boutique hotel with unique features, including a large jacuzzi in the bedroom. A especially liked that our room had direct access to the marina from our patio. Staff were friendly and helpful. Having both the Cockpit and Jacques Restaurants on property were a nice feature. Within easy walking distance to the nearest beach, as well as shops and restaurants was a bonus. I would stay here again."

"As a Jamaican, my stay at Coco Palm Rodney Bay Village was truly unforgettable - it was my best experience yet. The staff were incredibly attentive to my needs, even going the extra mile to find me a makeup artist. To make my birthday getaway even more special, I returned from dinner to find a bottle of wine, balloons, and a thoughtful card waiting for me. The waiters treated me like royalty during breakfast."

"Trail at the hotel to see the Piton is wonderful and the property grounds are very nice and relaxing. The room was nice and clean and had a cool outdoor shower. However the pool area isn’t well kept, the front desk staff is semi friendly depending on who you get and the food selection isn’t great. The waitress’s are extremely nice and sweet! I don’t recommend using the hotel for a taxi service they up charge soo much we didn’t realize until we were talking to someone else and realize we were paying twice the amount for a taxi each day. I highly recommend using no limit taxi or other local taxi drivers they will come right to the reception and pick you up and the taxi will be 100% nicer and cheaper. Overall good location that’s close to all the main attractions in that area just don’t use their taxi service."

Nicole was wonderful at the reception and of course Colin educated us on the history of the island and directed us to the best places to go!!"
