"This property is central to the town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is good and it is excellent value for money. We are booked to go again in December."

"Clean room, spacious, beautiful amenities."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast were very good (choice, portions, and taste). We found the options of rolls with drinks at breakfast a great cost effective option for those with smaller appetites and the kids. Plenty of parking. I think it could be useful to include a breakfast menu card in the room as that would allow guests to recognise the options and value available. Very nice area with large park area next to the hotel. "Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was plenty and it was easy to find a spot, with a voucher for cheaper parking provided by desk check in staff member David- food in restaurant and morning breakfast buffet was good with many options- they were efficient and friendly and helpful"

"Room was clean, some black mold on the doorframe in the bathroom. Only first 4 hours of parking was free. Cleaning staff were quite friendly, Check in staff seemed quite young and could have been a bit more professional. Was a great location to the airport, walkable with luggage."

"The hotel rooms are a little aged, however staff and outer property are amazing."

"Great location to catch city transit, bus was right outside the door very convenient."

"The place was under construction. Our room looked out at scaffolding. The location was fine. We were under ground with no view. Very disappointed."

"Sunday lunch was great. Room v tired furnishings, windows were v old , dirty, draughty, need replacing."

"Zentrumsnahes Hotel, dennoch ruhig gelegen. Das Doppelzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten war sehr geräumig. Die kleine Küchenzeile inkl. Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher sowie Kühlschrank haben wir gerne als Selbstversorger morgens und abends genutzt Das Service-Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Absolute Empfehlung- vielen Dank!"
