Just back from the most amazing weekend staying at The Caledonian. Beautiful spacious room with everything we needed, delicious coffee machine and complimentary bottled water
Excellent room, lovely breakfast in a pleasant setting. We used the pool which was a good size, albeit on the chilly side!
Definitely the best Edinburgh hotel we’ve stayed at.
Stay at this hotel. It felt like our home away from home in Edinburgh. Rianne (I think that’s how her name is spelled) and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating, which makes a big difference when you’re traveling in a foreign country. The bed was comfy, the breakfast was the best we had at any hotel in Scotland, the location was excellent - central to everything but still pretty quiet for a good night’s rest. Also, we always saw the housekeeping team working very hard to keep the hotel clean. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful stay. We can’t wait to return!
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The concierge team warmly welcomed us at the front door, and the lovely lady at check-in went above and beyond to accommodate a specific request.
Every member of staff worked incredibly hard, and it truly showed. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding, everything was perfectly presented, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch.
Honestly, what a fantastic place to stay. The gym, swimming pool, and spa facilities were all excellent. What really stood out was how much the team genuinely cared about their guests, they always took the time to chat with us, ask about our day, and offer thoughtful suggestions.
The location is simply perfect for exploring Edinburgh from every angle. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
