"La comunicación a la llegada y poder hacer el check in fue complicada, no tenían los datos de la reserva. La piscina con horario reducido y solo con acceso a una de ellas, la otra son para los del hotel Me. Un poco rollo el tema de las pulseritas que había que cambiar todos los días. Faltan tumbonas y sombrillas. En el apartamento falta mobiliario en la terraza, sin mesas y sin sillas, y un colgador no vendría mal. No cumple con la normativa de seguridad, sin planos de evacuación y las puertas...

"Ne jamais louer cet appartement, assenseur ne marchait pas dans l’immeuble 6 étages à pied, appartement sale, des traces d’humidité partout sur les murs et ils demandent une grosse caution qu’ils ne rembourse pas en prétextant dès raisons fausses. Pour ne pas rater vos vacances à Malte ne surtout pas louer cet appartement "

"Malta leverte, men det gjorde ikke leiligheten. Vi fikk ikke stor uteveranda slik man fikk inntrykk av på bildene. Det var kun kaldt vann i dusjen alle dager, og når jeg sendte henvendelse til kontaktperson så fikk jeg ingen svar tilbake. Dessuten var det iskaldt i leiligheten. Reis gjerne til Malta, men bo på helt annen leilighet/hotell. "

"Beautiful apartment. Great view. Everything was kept clean. Upon online check in I was charged an additional cleaning&linen fee which was not disclosed in the expedia listing when booking. Stayed for 5 nights and only 2 towels per person were provided for the whole stay (1beach/1bath) without replacements. No extra toilet paper was provided, had to purchase ourselves. If it were not for these few inconveniences this property would have been a 5 star review. "

"Great location for nice area, with easy bus access to Valetta and also up the coast. Friendly welcome and easy transfer from airport booked with host. Apartment clean and comfortable. Equiped with washing machine, hairdryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob & wifi. Instructions on how to work the TV channels would be useful. Expedia need to make 'late arrival' fee more clear, or include this in the package price. A few minor maintenance issues - though this did not spoil our enjoyment of...

The room was immaculate, the view was heavenly, the staff was so incredibly helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the M Club and will definitely be doing that in our next stay with Marriott. "I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Malta. The hotel was spotless and felt well cared for throughout. Two members of staff made the experience stand out. Ryan at the front desk was outstanding. When I checked in, I mentioned I was surprising my mum who was arriving later with my sister. He went above and beyond to keep the surprise, even stepping out to greet her when she arrived. He was warm, accommodating, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable from the start. Sameer, the bartender, made our evenings a highlight. He always greeted us with a smile, provided excellent service, and created such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that we looked forward to seeing him each night. Overall, it was a lovely stay, made memorable by both the quality of the hotel and the exceptional staff. I would happily return"

"A very new, modern, clean, environmentally conscious, and comfortable hotel with easy access to everything you need (walking distance to restaurants, bars, clubs, and the beach). It is also connected via a bridge to the hotel and gym next door. Family of 4 with 2 teenagers, it was the perfect location for our week stay. Junior suite was super spacious, the decor was beautiful, bed was comfortable, and the amenities were excellent. Breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of choices. Would recommend to arrive before 9.30am to avoid the late rush and be seated. Most of all, the staff were amazing (reception, dining, bar, to house keeping). Attentive and polite, which is so important as they made our stay feel welcoming. Finally, the rooftop pool deck and bar area was relaxing with plenty of sun lounges and towels are provided. Would definitely recommend this hotel!"
