"I did not check in because of the following : Room was in terrible condition . Sort of looked like a dungeon in a bad movie. Not safe and not clean. In short unusable in my view so we did not stay. Also parking lot in poor condition ( some flooding) "

"Room was average. The pool (heated) and beach access were nice. The breakfast was basic but nice, they delivered it every morning. Downside… we arrived early from our flight and asked to checked in early. They let us check in 1.5 hours early even though our room sat cleaned and empty since the time we arrived. Also asked to check out a bit late (offered to pay extra) but said they could only accommodate by 1 hour. Again, several rooms sat empty during this time."

"Breakfast was adequate, but would get boring if you stayed very long. The floor was not clean when we arrived. It really needed a sweeo and good mopping! "

"Room quality felt a little outdated. Expect to pay for coffee at the Starbucks in the lobby as the coffee pods in the room are very poor in quality and tasting. Breakfast place called Obi's across the street from the hotel is a homerun!"
