"For context, I booked a room same-day for that night. We got a first floor room with two queen beds (for myself and my husband and two kids). Overall it was clean and comfortable. The property was fairly basic but organized and themed nicely. I do think the price was a little much for what it was but I also consider the value of being right on the beach with direct access fantastic. I'd stay here again if we were visiting. It was also conveniently located near multiple dining options about 15 minutes from downtown district. "

"Location and price are key on this one! Remodeled but should have chosen a better contractor. Room appears clean at first look but only the basics like tub & sink have been recently cleaned. Bedding was clean, too. Great air conditioner, tv & quiet atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast included coffee, juice, yogurt, streusel cakes, and hot foods (these were unappealing to me). Felt safe here. We used for an overnight stay visiting St. Augustine."

"This is my second stay at this hotel, and it was just as good as I remembered. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is any easy stroll to the shops and attractions. The breakfast is ok, but with few options. The afternoon cheese & crackers is a nice convenience too. "

"Extremely noisy. Told us when we checked in to expect noise late into the nite. Wish I had know this before I booked it as the music was so loud it kept us up till 1:30am. Room was so tiny you could barely move and AC unit sounded like a freight train. Would not stay here again"
