Very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, minibar in room restocked daily). Good location about 15-20 minutes walk from the old town, Ponte Luis I and the Cathedral. Superb a la carte breakfast with eggs benedict, smashed avocado toast, fresh orange juice etc. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to Porto :-)

Super unique and bougie property, really well located and close to everything in walking distance! Lives up to its name and was really a “work of art”. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I can't say enough great things about this place. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff, incredible (and included) fresh cooked breakfast, and a sweet little spa. This is a gem in a very walkable area of the city. If I end up back in Porto sometime, I know where I'm staying.

We had a slight issue, but Bruno and the team were excellent in walking alongside us to resolve the challenge and the hotel itself was beautiful. Immaculate service was great. The food was amazing. Lovely room with a big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent although the poached eggs were served cold. Some days breakfast service was quicker than others. All staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Unfortunately not all the spa facilities were working and it did feel a bit strange walking through the dining area to get to the pool.

We’ve had a great experience with Artcore Hotel, Porto from the moment we booked it. The staff really went above and beyond to cater to our requests.
