"Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. "

"Baren var ikke på niveau med resten af oplevelsen på hotellet, da bartenderen lørdag aften var meget lidt interesseret og fraværende i sin fremtoning overfor os, som kunder. Han kunne ikke lave cocktails, men “kun” skænke drikkevarer fra flaske og dåser. "

"Way better than expected. Room layout was amazing - there was a family - so L shaped room which gave some division. Hotel is a tad need of some renovations - but for price and facilities - it was perfect. Very comfy beds, clean rooms and a bar opened when we were there. Staff friendly "

"The staff were great, the room was a good size although the bedroom was a bit tired, small niggles in that none of the TV’s in the room worked and the flush didn’t work too well. The breakfast was nice there was a good selection of food. If we visited Cardiff again we might stay again. "

"i love this hotel and always stay here when i visit south wales. it’s a no-frills hotel. just really friendly helpful staff, great rooms, good parking and a great location. i very much recommend the place. "

"The Beach Hotel is a social enterprise run by the YMCA as an apprenticeship scheme. In light of this we had quite modest expectations for our stay. But these were misplaced - the hotel is spotlessly clean, and run by professional, welcoming staff. The occasion was a large family reunion, and the restaurant served us all with a good simple dinner in an efficient and timely way. Service was excellent. The location opposite the beach is delightful and quite quiet - and very convenient for the West...
