"Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "These apartments are well furnished, laid out, and stocked. My only complaint was that they didn’t state how much stuff would be available in the flat (milk, tea, coffee, biscuits) and downstairs (coffee machine and breakfast pastries), so we brought more than we needed. The fact that these are upstairs from the bus station also means that it is so easy to get everywhere without a car and the buses on Jersey are much improved!"

"This is a comfortable hotel. The lounge/restaurant area is superb - a great place to relax and enjoy the view over the bay. We enjoyed our bar snacks meal and our one dinner was of excellent quality. Our bathroom was a bit tired - adequate but needed a refurb. Most staff e.g. reception and bar, were warm and welcoming. Outside areas are beautiful - the pool looks good. Reasonable parking Steepish walk down to the little harbour."

"This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again."

I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. This one in St Helier however was exceptional. The price was very reasonable. It was very clean and airy, the young staff were exceptionally helpful and very nice. The breakfast was well cooked. "Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."
