"An outstanding stay from start to finish. We will definitely be returning.
The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a fantastic selection and consistently high quality each morning. The restaurants throughout the resort were equally impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements, including a food allergy within our group, which gave us great peace of mind.

"We stayed during a day when it was somewhat warm and sunny out and that was a HUGE mistake! Me and my friend got major heat exhaustion and slept maybe 3 hours. We almost left in the middle of the night to find a park bench to sleep on. We requested a fan and they do not have enough for all rooms so we didn’t get one! The room is beyond unbearable hot!! "The staff were all very friendly and tried to be helpful. However when we arrived there was no one in reception and we had to wait 10 mins before someone turned up. When we arrived at our room which was large spacious and generally clean, there was no kettle to make tea. There was fecal material in the toilet bowl.
Upon walking down two flights of stairs I was told to get hot water fro the coffee machine. Eventually a kettle was found. Evening meal basic but good. Breakfast poor overcooked...

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. All of the staff were very kind and helpful. The gardens were beautiful. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. It was great to be away from the city a little bit in such a peaceful place. We would stay there again anytime"
