Past that, and some dated items, the room was clean, ac was cold, staff was friendly. For the price. Perfect. I have amenities a three because outside of rooms there isn’t much. Again, this is ok but want to rate fairly."

The rooms are clean and incredibly comfortable, the pool is the perfect spot to cool off, and the location near Tha Pae Gate is unbeatable. But what really made my trip unforgettable was the outstanding service. The staff here don't just do their jobs; they truly go above and beyond for their guests. When I was trying to figure out how to book a local excursion, the front desk team went above and beyond to help me and prepare me for this tour!! Every single day, I was greeted with genuine smiles. The team remembered my name, always anticipated what I might need and gave me the best insider recommendations. It is rare to find a hotel where the team is this attentive, warm, and helpful. They made me feel completely at home, and I will absolutely be staying here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai!"

"Stayed in the Lanna Deluxe Room which was supposed to have a double bed but was a king!!!😃 Room and hotel were clean, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was big with a huge shower and room was very quiet. Pool was decent as well. We didn’t eat at the restaurant on site but rather ate at GoodSouls Restaurant which is a 3 minute walk and was better for us since we are plant based. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Chiang Mai."
