Breakfast items cooked fresh and continuously topped up by a lovely team in the restaurant. Good freshly ground coffee and orange juice served. Reception staff friendly and very helpful when organising any trips. This hotel is a little gem, a great find gor a very pleasant stay in Chiang Mai
The staff was very nice and helpful in arranging an elephant sanctuary tour and even opened the kitchen early for us so we could breakfast and make the tour pickup! Spacious family room. Excellent location in center of Old City. Clean. Quiet, for the exception of plumbing pipes that banged - a simple plumbing fix of a hammer arrestor could help there ;)
It had everything we needed and the family room was perfect for our family of 5. Really liked how it was quiet but right down the way from all the shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!
If you want a clean, convenient and quiet hotel, this is the place for you. Our family stayed here for four days and we have only have good things to say about it. The staff are hard working and the hotel is a serene oasis in thr bustling city. Great value for money. We would stay here again. It was fantastic!
2nd time staying here while ai am in Chiang Mai. Staff are wonderful and very attentive. Room is big and clean and it is in a perfect location in the heartof thw sunday night markets. Lots of nearby dining options.
This is a great hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai, just 5 minutes walk from the magnificent Wat Chedi Luang Temple complex. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is very quiet at night and yet there are lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
Stayed in a family suite. It was great for our needs and easily accessible to all the amenities in the area. The Sunday night market was right outside and an easy walk to Chinatown. The staff was amazing.
It was a very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Its too far to walk to most places and the beach in front of the hotel is not big enough to relax, the waves come all the way up to the seawall so there is no place to put your stuff.

Value for money stay
Excellent location in the old town, a little away from the bigger streets so it was quiet during the night
The hotel itself is a little old and worn, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable, but everything is clean and kept in as nice shape as possible without upgrading. No extra lock on the door though, so except for the chain, there was nothing to tell me if the door was actually locked from the inside, which was a little unsettling as i was traveling alone
Breakfast was decent with 2 choices of eggs, toast, cereal, fruit and some local hot food options
Great stay for 5 nights in the heart of the city. East walking all around the old city. Only thing I noticed was the thin doors and the loud lock noises. That was the only thing of note, we are deep sleepers so it wasn’t a problem in the night but heard in the mornings and at night.
The pool facility was nice and enjoyable after long days out around the city. And reception held on to our luggage when we arrived early off the train!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The aesthetics were awesome, breakfast was great
, and it was close to many shops, cafes, restaurants and temples (wats) etc. The room was very spacious and comfortable, however my only gripe was that the walls were so paper thin with no insulation or soundproofing, so you can hear everything in the next room, plus what is going on outside near the pool. So at night If your neighbors are talking, it will most likely keep you awake and disturb you…other than that everything was great, and the service / hospitality from the staff was fantastic!

The swimming pool was great, our room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately the walls were very thin and we could hear every noise from the outside (during our stay the hotel was besieged by a group of rude tourists who made noise all night long and none of the staff ever said or did anything).
The breakfast was a “fake” breakfast: only coffee and bread with marmelade, a couple of fruits and eggs were available for us.

Stay in building B.
The first night we stayed in building A. It is the older building. We were on the second floor and the smoking area was right outside our window. Our room smelled of smoke. People were outside chatting in the smoking area until 3:30 am. We asked to change rooms and they were very accommodating. We were moved in Building B the new building. It was such an improvement and we enjoyed the rest of our stay there. Ask for building B and don’t stay in building A.
