"Super cute and spacious rooms. Modern. I loved it. The lobby is nice too. Bed is comfortable. Bath didn’t work but shower was nice.
Staff was not bothered and did not offer to look into issue with the bath. "
"The property was pretty standard. The rooms are a bit older and have been well used over time. Clean for their condition. The location of the hotel had a significant amount of homeless individuals on the same block with the main street, Dundas, being fairly dirty and smelling predominately of urine. The hotel experience was average but I would express caution in terms of the location."

"I had a room with a kitchenette. Walking to my room they have a light brown carpet and it didn’t have a stain anywhere. Room was immaculate, windows open. Nice size fridge, dishwasher and about 3’ of counter. Nice soft sheets, all white even the comforter. Again no stains on the carpet. The grounds are beautiful. They have a retirement residence on the property and they have their own raised gardens. I talked with one lady one day. I seen them walking their dogs and were always very friendly. I...
"We stayed here while family was at victoria hospital. Very close to hospital and staff very accomodating. Reasonable price and much needed comfy beds. Close to restaurants..would definitely use again."

"Nice pool, was warm even on a cold night. We’ve stayed here before and the room upgrades are very nice. Not perfect but for the price point it is great. Clean beds. Found a few things that weren’t clean, spot on the floor when we had to move the bedside table to reach the plug, what looked like a pee stain on the shower curtain or at least something else that was very yellow. Things that could be easily missed. Floors left a brownish stain on our socks. NBD, wear socks. Other main touch areas...
