"Kids loved the pool! Too bad we didn’t know about the water slide hours until we got there. Would’ve been helpful to know before we booked. The room was comfortable for one night stay and the location was close to other restaurant options."

"Only stayed 1 night but it was good. Checking in took some time because of a slow moving line but besides that no complaints. Breakfast was included with our stay and we were very impressed with what was provided for a hot breakfast. It was really good to have fresh made hot food."

"Very nice clean hotel. They advertise rooms with tub shower combo but when we arrived our room did not have it and we would have had to downgrade to get so that was disappointing. Underground parking with direct access is a plus and they neighborhood around is filled with restaurants and bars. Overall a great location"

"I didn't like to have to fight for the room I ordered online. A suggested 2 queen at check in vs the Suite with separate bedroom booked online 2 teens and 2 adults need privacy, the front desk was trying to place us somewhere else with the offer of a bigger room and 2 queens, but our priority was privacy. He also kept insisting the door was a french door and not very private, but it was actually a full door as on the website photos. It made me think your front desk needs to tour the rooms in the hotel and re-familiarize themselves with the product There was also a fight to whether a cot would fit in the room. Front desk insisted it would not, but we managed to fit the cot in the room.... The stay was good and we are happy we didn't cave on the insistence of the front desk. "
