"We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. "Gabrielle was amazing. We got screwed by our airline and missed all our connecting travel. We contacted the property very late and they managed to have us picked up in Salerno within the hour. "The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. This was our first time in the area so we didn’t realize the distance. It’s not walking distance to anything. "Great location close to ferry drop off, shopping, and restaurants. They were quick to check us in and even checked us in a little early. When we settled in our room, we got a knock on the door and were greeted with complimentary champagne. They recommended us where to rent a scooter and even called to help make accommodations if we needed. Everyone was very helpful. A great stay overall with great service.
