"The room was very spacious and had beautiful views! The staff was super helpful and the breakfast had amazing options. The hotel is also in a great location, just a 15 min walk to dotombori. The experience was great!"
"Nice room with decent space. The bathroom was quite big but I think it takes too much space from the hallway/bedroom itself. Breakfast was splendid. Staffs speak good English, are attentive and very helpful."
"It was very nice room, you can find whatever you need, the room is silent and very big room, in the city center. The breakfast is also nice if you like.."
"great location, many convenient stores and 24-hour supermarket. Near 3 metro lines - Nankai (super close to the hotel), Loopline, and local metro. 8 min (by taxi) to tennoji and easy to commute to Shinsaibashi and Umeda."
"Actually, I just wanted to find a cheap room to take a short nap while waiting for my friend’s flight. In the photos, the room looked very nice, but in reality, it was totally different. The room was small, scary-looking, quite dirty, and dusty—as if it had never been cleaned. There were only a few shared bathrooms per floor (and only a few floors had showers, though I didn’t use them). When I saw the room, I was like, "What is this? 7,000 yen for this?" I couldn’t sleep at all—I kept hearing snoring from the room next door the whole time. When my partner went to the bathroom, I had to keep the door open and watch because the atmosphere felt really unsafe. There weren’t even any security cameras. In the end, I stayed for just over an hour and checked out. I figured it’d be better to wait for my friend at a late-night bar instead."
