"This trip was for a major surgery I was having and traveling to a world renowned surgeon in Rockford. From the minute we walked in the door Michelle was absolutely amazing. She was informative, genuine and welcoming. I was nervous and knew that at least my stay here was going to be wonderful. The day of my surgery we returned and we asked for extra pillows, she was spot on and said absolutely and anything else we needed, do not hesitate to ask. She recommended the restaurant and they did...
