"The entire staff is wonderful, gracious and so helpful. The location is excellent if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxed getaway, far from the large resorts. Old Fort Bay Club is beautiful, situated on a stunning beach without crowds of people. Very good food (we preferred the Italian restaurant over the Asian). Gym is very good and the pool is decently sized for those who like to swim laps. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. The only thing missing is mini fridge."

"We enjoyed the location which was away from the large, commercial, stereotype complexes that try to keep you in their “hotel bubble.” This is a small and quiet place that offers tranquility. It has a charming beach front with trees. You are away from the congested traffic, 11 minutes south from the airport and close to other beaches in the area. A 15 minute drive to Clifton Memorial park offers pristine beaches that are natural and isolated. A 2 minute walk from the Villas takes you to a scuba...

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."

"Felt like a Vegas hotel, without the cigarette smoke. It is basically like a mega resort. Nothing personal or intimate about it. Paying close to $100 a day in resort fees, one might think that would include a morning yoga class or time on the pickle ball courts. It did not. One had to rent the court time, and rent paddles and balls separately. It occurred to us that nobody on hotel staff smiled. With a service charge of 15% added to every charge, there was no incentive for the employees...

"I booked in March and paid. When we arrived in May there were no rooms available. We couldn’t check in, so we left our bags with the front desk to find dinner. Frankly, the hotel should have sprung for dinner in the hotel while we waited for a room. When a room opened up it was comfortable and clean. The rest of the hotel is looking a little worn, but comfortable beds. The manager was great, smiled a lot, and if you needed something he was on it. The front desk staff was polite."

"Some employees were great. A few at the check in were not. The piano bar area smelled very bad. There were fruit flies in the beverage area. The Room TV had very few enjoyable channels. The music around the pool was ridiculously loud part of the time. They should add chili and onions for their hot dogs. The food was good. The beach and pool were excellent. Most of the staff were friendly. My room was clean. The view from my room and the beach was wonderful. I will probably stay there again."
