"This B&B is located right by the seafront, lovely welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and was nice and quiet at night. Breakfast was amazing, you order the night before and they had gluten free options which amazing to see. We would definitely book again. Highly recommend."
"We were visiting friends and stayed one night. Good sized room, very comfortable, good en-suite and air con. All the brown wood was a bit dated and dark. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good"

"My wife and I had an incredible stay at the lovely Port Hotel with a stunning waterfront view providing gently rolling waves for ambience with the windows cracked open. The staff were perfect and the Eastbourne waterfront was everything we'd hoped for an authentic English coastal experience. Although was not an issue for us, be aware there are no elevators so if you book an upper floor then you're in for a good workout getting up and down the stairs daily -- especially getting heavy bags up and...

"What a gem of a hotel this is. Had a lovely sea view single room that was comfortable and spacious. Bed was lovely and comfortable. It is right by a bus stop and close to all amenities. Three theatres nearby and a short walk to the town and the pier. I can't comment on the dining as didn't eat there and also can't comment on parking as travelled by train. The staff were lovely too,"
