"Room was great, TV was lacking. The remote barley worked. Staff were great, hotel had a few flaws through out like the flooring in the elevator but over all very nice i would stay again"

"Check in was smooth! Check out was easy. What i didn't like was the double payment of the security deposit, even know it was only $20 a day i was charged it on arrival and on check out. Although for my bank the refund of the deposit was quick 24 hours after check out. It was still dumb."

"Room was very clean but the rest of the property was TERRIBLE!! Remodeling going on and the hallways, etc. were dirty, carpets needed swept and there was wallpaper hanging and some really bad paint jobs being done. I’ve stayed here off & on for over 12-years and this was the WORST visit ever. First night I had no hot water (called desk & was told maintenance would be in at 7:00am); hallways were very dark (I need to see who’s in the hallway when I’m walking). Didn’t eat breakfast 1st morning...

"The room I stayed in had two queen beds. The beds were hard as rocks and one was lopsided and sloped. It was wallpaper in the shower that was peeling, the settee was ripped and the room was not cleaned for the entire four days we were there. We complained to management and they told us housekeeping had gone home. But did not offer to clean the room at a later time. We had no towels or toilet paper and had to ask for that too since the room wasn’t cleaned. By the third day, our trash was piled up...

"We got to the hotel at 8pm and found out upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and our stay was canceled. The hotel never communicated this to Expedia, whom I booked through. We were in OH for a rock festival so 90% of hotels were entirely booked and the other 10% were charging 2x or 3x usual rates. "The property is a duplex, we got both sides. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Upon arriving, the yard had a lot of litter/trash. I picked a lot of it up and threw it away. There was also a swept pile of construction debris right outside the back door. Inside, the kitchens are updated and nice. However, there was no garbage can in the one kitchen. We did see a lot of dust in the house. Also, bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Shampoo and body wash containers in the bathroom were empty....
