"The reception and the breakfast area was very congested and needs renovation."

"Great for a solo traveler going to a concert. Star at the front desk was very helpful and connected me with other guests also going to the concert."

"Overall a fine stay, and parking was easy. Our stay was very brief but in the early morning there was no hot water for a shower. Wi-Fi was easy to access and staff friendly and helpful"

"Staff checking us in seemed as if she hated her job. We did not feel welcome at all. Bed was uncomfortable."

"The elevator was out of service so we had to hand carry our own luggage up to the stairs to the second floor. It was an inconvenience as my travel companion walks with a cane."

"Good"
