"The internet connection was poor in the room. The room is very quiet and nice except people smoke in the balcony, and that's quite disturbing. On the day before my checkout date, room service personnel did not leave any floor towel for the bathroom, and the shower water was flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, the overall experience was good."

"Really fantastic location, 30 seconds to the beach, fantastic restaurant next door, 7 minutes on the bus to Palma and buses are every 10 minutes or so. Rooms aren’t huge but we had a sea view and little balcony. We chose to buy our own breakfast (pastries) and coffee from a local coffee shop 2 minutes away on the same road and eat on the balcony which was lovely. Bathroom was modern and very clean. "Lovely hotel in a great location within walking distance of the village of Deia. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is spread out and is on multiple levels with some steep stairs so you need to be prepared for a bit of a climb if you’re staying in the annexe rather than the main hotel building. We were attending an event outside the hotel so didn’t have lunch or dinner there but the buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of hot and cold foods to choose from....
