"A nice gem near Bai Chay beach. This is my third time staying in this hotel and every time I enjoyed it so much. Thanks to all the staff for the excellent service. Will stay again."

"Every single member of staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Special mention to the Reception Team and the Spa therapists. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful with plenty of choice. Position was amazing literally overlooking the beach with just a short walk, and in a quiet area but with easy access into all areas of the city by very affordable taxis. So so very happy with my stay at the Paddington."

"Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!"

"Excellent staff. The team @ the front desk, bar & restaurant were all very helpful. Hotel room and pool were also very clean. Everything about this place was great. Would definitely stay again."

"Outstanding service. Staff are knowledgeable; the food is quite Westernized. Highly recommend this company as they always look out and take care care of you since the service began to the end."

"🏨 TRU BY HILTON, HA LONG BAY 🇻🇳 Modern, stylish and in a great area, with plenty of student-friendly spots nearby! ✨ Great prices 🍹 Fantastic rooftop area 🛋️ Spacious bar & reception 🍳 Cracking breakfast to kick-start your day 🛏️ Spotless rooms And here's the best bit... £15pp including breakfast! At the Hilton, I mean, what more could you possibly want? 😂 Definitely one to add to your Ha Long Bay hotel list! 🌍✈️"

"Staff were great we had a great time Activities are fun"

"Bed sheets did not appear clean upon check-in. There’s a lot of noise from the construction and the children playing in the soccer field next door. Property is dated (with some water stains); it appears newer online due to AI pics. Housekeepers were especially nice and changed my sheets as requested. I also appreciated its low cost and convenient location. Very walkable and the nearby museum was awesome!"

"👍"

"Cat ba Serena homestay was an amazing experience. Our family of five felt so comfortable, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Linda was very responsive and instrumental in organizing a full day boat tour which did not disappoint ( we even saw the endangered langur monkeys sleeping on the cliff). Our second day we rented motorbikes from The homestay and explored the island including caves within the national park. Our kids especially enjoyed the food at the homestay- amazing...

"I selected this place with no knowledge about cruises. I would have done more research. The food was not very good, but the views were great."
