You were informed that accommodating your wife after midnight was not possible due to our policies. Following a brief discussion via email, you graciously agreed to pay an additional fee for a late check-in instead of cancel your reservation without any penalties As a gesture of our appreciation for your extended stay of five nights, we upgraded you to our studio, which offers 32 square meters of space, as opposed to our deluxe room with 19 square meters. We understand that the lack of a window in the bathroom may have been inconvenient, and we sincerely apologize for any discomfort this may have caused.Please note that our on-site staff is available every day between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, as indicated on our website. Additionally, there is a contact number provided for your convenience in case you require assistance.We believe that it's not in the spirit of fair and respectful lodging to stay for an extended period and then request a full refund upon departure. If you encountered any issues during your stay, it would have been more appropriate to inform us promptly, and we would have worked to address them or make appropriate arrangements.
