"The room seemed old, so did the linens. During the night, some sound of water leaking or something similar kept us awake. The slot for the room card, to keep the lights on, was flimsy and it was very hard to keep the lights on."

"Some furnishings and surfaces in the room need to be updated (e.g., stained/old towels, scratched floors and walls). The shower doesn’t have an actual fixed shower head, just a handheld one which made showering really difficult. Rooms were noisy at night — even on a Monday night — you could hear talking and furniture moving and walking in the next room. My room was also by a service elevator which made the situation much worse. But the staff were so lovely and helped me as much as they could."
