"Nice property and we enjoyed staying in a 3 bedroom cottage there. However, we had a problem with water not being hot enough in the showers. It would start hot and then drop to a much colder temperature. It was problematic for us. Especially for kids. We reported this to reception twice and never had anyone to check the situation."

"A true gem! Rooms are on the small side but absolutely comfortable and tasteful. Newly renovated with quality materials. The bathroom was spotless, a very nice size, shower with both oversized and handheld shower heads. Climate control was great: so quiet you could not hear the AC was on! Rooms are quiet and matress so comfortble that I overslept and missed breakfast! However, they insisted on offering me some coffee or juice. Very nice staff. Free parking on premises. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property.     "Our stay was aboslutely wonderful! The house and farm lies high up in the Tuscan hills and we were immersed in lush greenery with a river flowing nearby. Lorenzo was very welcoming and cooked us a delicious Tuscan dinner every night. We also loved his beautiful dog and two cats who made our stay extra nice! The room was sprakling clean and very cozy. "
