"My only complaint is I received multiple messages about the shuttle picking us up from the "East Side" , we waited for 30 minutes at the east side just for me to call and ask how much longer for the shuttle and the receptionist informed me that they were already on the way back and picked up from the "West Side". Receptionist apologized and said he thought that they fixed the message but I showed him the message I received. Ended up paying $20 for an Uber, but other than that hotel was clean and nice."

"My original room had a non functioning air conditioner, luckily we were able to move rooms. Unfortunately the new room was without shampoo and conditioner, which was not recognized until too late. The ceiling provided little insulation from the noise of the room above and its occupants 3:45am wake up time."

"Every single staff member I encountered (front desk, cleaning, bartender, coffee shop, etc.) ALL were fantastic, helpful, and kind. The room was great, the bed was comfortable, the pool was fun (albeit slightly colder water than I'd prefer, but still great), and the hot tub was perfect. It was all-around a wonderful hotel stay!"

"Maybe it was the off season but I’ve never stayed in as nice a hotel for $92. All staff I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The 2 star off is for management: Friend looked at hotels. The pictures for gym seemed to show one gym with free weights and one without. So he called and asked. Answer was vague: “We might have one.” He ended up going to a more expensive hotel nearby. Less convenient for our stay. I sent him a pic of weights available and they would’ve been fine for his purposes. Apparently there are two La Quinta’s close to each other in that area. Management should update photos to accurately depict specific location’s amenities. Management should also train staff on amenities specific to location."

"Arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. after some flight delays only to find out the hotel canceled our reservation. Morgan Wallen having a concert in town that night may have something to do about that. Had to spend over an hour on the phone with Expedia's relocation services because almost every hotel was booked. I feel the hotel should have called to verify if we were coming before canceling our reservation. They really left us in tough situation when we were exhausted from a long day of traveling. Only good thing I can say is that they paid for the Lyft to the next hotel in Hudson."
