There is construction going on right in front of the property and it is hard to get to with limited parking - even though they charge $15 daily for parking.
Good restaurant options near the property. Efficient Shuttle service runs dot on time. Friendly staff.
I did complain about the couple next door that was having a huge fight in the night that woke us up. Manager said she’d move us to a different room but luckily the couple had checked out so our second night was peaceful.
Breakfast was pretty decent. Kitchen staff does a great job ensuring they don’t run out of coffee or the popular items. One of the days there was a spillage and they ensured the entire area was cleaned up in no time.
If I visit the area I’ll stay at this property.

Upon check-in I was given the incorrect room and the staff checking me in did not inform me or ask if they could give me a different room from what I paid for with my reservation completed 18 days prior to my stay. Upon going to the room given to me and returning to the desk, I was told they had no king rooms left because a few other rooms on property had air conditioning problems. After starting to walk away unhappy, the female staff member started making condescending comments to a man standing at the back and end of the chrck in desk. In the nature of oh well and that is what you are getting. I was extremely upset and angry over this treatment and unprofessional behavior as well the rude comments. This treatment of horrible customer service from the staff member has completely ruined my experience with booking through expedia and using Fairfield inn & suites by Marriott Denver Airport at Gateway Park. I would like a resolution due to this horrible experience.
