"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "We have just returned from Switzerland after staying 2 nights at the hotel end of last week.
Checkin and checkout were both very quick and efficient and the staff were wonderful especially at checkin. Maryam at reception was very helpful. We had arrived very early but wanted to leave our luggage and get on with our site seeing. She stored our luggage, checked us in and gave us maps and tips of what we could do in the area.
We were on the 6th floor and our room had a balcony with great views of Jungfrau. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Really good shower.
There’s a bus outside the hotel no 21 that can take you to the Interlaken ost if you don’t want to walk in the heat.
I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay there again."
"This little gem of a hotel was perfect for a stay in Interlaken. It’s a short walk from the Interlaken West train station and close to everything! Only downside is it was hot and there is no AC … but if you want an authentic alps experience it’s worth it! "
