Overall I’d say this was an excellent stay - the only glitch was that we were told breakfast was until 11 the first day but it ended at 10 so we were only able to get coffee. Could have been a misunderstanding since I checked in late. Other than that I’d highly recommend this hotel - very clean and very friendly staff. I would definitely stay again 😊

we caught a Train to Interlaken west the hotel was an easy 200 metre flat walk with 2 suitcases. All staff were great and made us feel welcome, tea and coffee available 24 hours no cost at foyer.hotel rooms big well maintained everything works and extremely clean, breakfast again excellent. hotel conveniently located to all forms of transport for tourists very happy

This hotel is centrally located and nearest the Bahnhof which is one reason.we chose it. A beautiful property with all rooms having a balcony. We were in the front facing Bahnhofstrasse and above the adjacent restaurant entrance. If you want a quieter area, request a room with balcony facing the side street. This did not bother us as the area quieted down around 2200. The location besides being nearest the trai station also affords you access to Hohweg which is the street that connects Interlaken Ost to West - an easy and elegant walk of no more than 30 minutes.

Clean room. Staff are really nice and very helpful. Breakfast is the same every morning. But with variety of selections. Free coffee and tea 24/7. Very close to the train station (2 minutes walk), churches, restaurants, coop…but still a peaceful area. Wash and go about 3 minutes walk (if you’re on a budget). Hallway is quite narrow but room is okay. Will recommend.
