Beautiful 3 days enjoying the amazing Interlaken area and this hotel is very well situated to do everything by walk and has easy access to East train. My vacation went noce and smooth. Breakfast was very nice. Will come back

We had two modern air conditioned rooms with balconies. One of the rooms was on the corner and had a great view of the street and mountains behind it, Our rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the location, a short walk from the train station, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved the staff. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They always called us by name when we went through the lobby or ran into us somewhere in the hotel. We stayed in the William Tell suite in the older historic section of the hotel while our traveling companions chose the newer, modern side of the hotel. Our suite suited us with it's Old World charm. The hotel's location is great for either enjoying the sights/activities of the town/lake nearby or for day tripping to sites around Switzerland.

The shuttle is very helpful. Today the superstar was the bellman/concierge! He helped with sightseeing and later with our luggage and transportation to the train station. I wish I knew his name because he was outstanding and full of hospitality! June 2, 2026 14:00 hrs.

Nice staff, Clean room but very basic. The family apartment is in a total different building with no elevator not connected to the hotel, you have to walk in the alley to get there. Breakfast is average to below average. Food is not labeled.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, thanks to its convenient location within walking distance of restaurants, stores, and activities. We opted for the modern room, which was spacious with a great view, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent, too. However, the mattress in our room was outdated and uncomfortable. Overall, the combination of location and price made for a pleasant experience.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The staff is incredible. We would love to give a shout out to Jad, Paula, Seif, and Abeb for their exceptional service! Thank you!! The only thing to complain about is our floors in our hotel room weren’t very clean. There looked to be coffee stains all over. But besides that-everything was great!

The hotel is old and the floors creep so can hear people walking in the room directly above ours. Hence people walking in the room above woke us up. Fixtures etc were very old The breakfast was super great.
