I loved my my stay in the hotel Arya in Sirmione. We stayed in a king room with small terrace and it was perfect. The room is compact but not too small and we were very comfortable. There isn’t a lot of storage space for clothing so if you’re there for more than a few days you might struggle a little. We didn’t mind keeping some in the suitcase. There is a cupboard on top of the hanging unit but not easy to reach. The room was immaculately clean. Breakfast was amazing and the staff a joy to see in the morning always happy and friendly. Definitely in the right job in hospitality!! There was a great selection of hot and cold food to most diets. Tea coffee and biscuits were available all day and there is a vending machine on the front porch with chocolate, and water etc. reception staff go above and beyond to help and Michael was especially helpful to us. All in all this little hotel made our stay in Sirmione very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you so much

We had high expectations when booking Hotel Arya by Mauro for a 7-night stay (27/07/2025 – 03/08/2025), especially as it was for a special occasion – my girlfriend’s mum’s wedding. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing from start to finish. Despite booking a Premium Room with a Queen Bed, Balcony, and Garden View through Expedia, we were given a Classic Double Room instead a significant downgrade. To make matters worse, we were still charged €500 more than the cost of the room we were actually given. This room discrepancy caused huge distress, particularly to my girlfriend who suffers from anxiety. The smaller room did not provide enough space for her to get ready for the wedding, adding unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyful time. She struggled with this for the entire duration of our stay. We tried to resolve the issue both with the hotel and through the booking platform, but were met with a complete lack of empathy and no resolution. Repeated attempts were brushed off, which only added to our frustration. To add insult to injury, the room itself was not in good condition. There was visible mould under the window sills, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the walls were dusty, which triggered allergic reactions. This is not the standard we expected from a hotel of this calibre. The lack of accountability, poor room conditions, and failure to provide what we paid for have left us feeling completely let down. We will not be returning

Wenn man kostenloses Zimmer Upgrade bekommen und das Zimmer war demnach dann deutlich größer als das gebuchte Zimmer. Zudem gab es ein Mini Kühlschrank eine Badewanne eine Dusche, die sehr sauber waren und es wurde jeden Tag alles sauber gemacht das Bett neu gemacht und die Handtücher gewechselt. Alles in allem würde ich den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen.
