"비행기가 연착돼서 밤 늦게 도착했는데, 체크인 방법을 몰라서 헤맸어요. 제공된 전화번호로 여러번 번화했지만 전화도 안 받았고요. 액세스 코드가 호텔스닷컴 메시지로 왔는데, 그걸 늦게 봐서 30분을 숙소에 못 들어갔어요. 액세스 코드를 이메일로 보내줬으면 더 빨리 확인이 가능했을 것 같아요."

"Liked the mountain views."

"Absolutely amazing property! Love the cozy luxurious rooms and bed is incredible to sleep in! Fantastic staff! Can’t wait to stay again soon!"

"Beautiful property, luxurious yet cozy rooms, well maintained with loads of Victorian charm and very friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended if you're looking for a magical, intimate get-away!"

"Very clean room and friendly staff."

"The hotel was great but the Hotel's restaurant was awful! Waitress seem like she drank antifreeze. Had to tell her 3 times same thing before she'd remember. The food was 4 out of 10 and in the end the bill was $136 dollars for 3 tests and 3 eggs. If you don't want to get disappointed better have breakfast at Tim Hortons. Will never eat at Northwinds Restaurant again ever."

"I was travelling with my cousin and the beds were so comfortable. We had a long busy day and I was relieved to get a restful sleep. It is very rare for me to sleep well in a hotel."

"Everything was amazing"

"Really enjoyed the coffee machine, sitting areas, and location."

"It was good not that clean and smelled like dog easy to check in and out though"

"Great location, right downtown so it is walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants . Room was clean but each night we were woken up by a leaking shower that was quite noisy. Additionally, we tried using the hot tub and it was not hot."

"Good staff."
