"A really lovely place to stay. Excellently located just out of the city centre and close to public transport links, it was very convenient for access to all of Singapore's 'must see' attractions. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and well-appointed, although the rooms are somewhat small, so you will need to be a little creative with storage, especially if you are staying for more than a few days!

"The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

"Hardware (villa itself, lobby etc) was very nice and still very new. It was very pleasant to be staying in the villa. Suggest to change hair dryer to Dyson please. Service - Could be improved. Hardly the standard you'd expect from Raffles and at this price point. Butler - Nice young guy but attitude unfort, was gen Z. I had a t-shirt to do laundry on, asked him for the laundry rate, and he told me to check the paper in the laundry bag... Villa snacks - Complimentary daily refill never...

"Very nice and warm from staffs. The hotel very fantastic and luxury. One disappointed is long waiting time and long queues in breakfast time."

"The staffs are nice and very helpful. The room is clean. And the hotel is very close to bus station, you better buy an Easy-link card (for bus and MRT train) first then you can enjoy exploring Singapore. Later if I have a chance I will stay here again. only one thing, I can smell smoke from another room, don't know how the air flow but it just a little bit and not so annoying."
